This policy explains what Quantum Power Quality collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it simple, and we do not sell your information.

Who we are

Information you give us

When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number if provided, the service you select, and your message. We use these only to respond to your request and discuss the work.

Anti-spam signals

The form includes a hidden field that a person never sees and a timestamp recording when the page finished loading. Automated submissions fill the hidden field or submit implausibly fast, and both get discarded. Neither is used to identify you.

How the form is delivered

Form submissions are delivered to the business owner by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. The information travels to the owner so he can follow up with you. It is not published anywhere on the site and it is never sold or rented.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the pages. GA4 sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. This helps us improve the site. It is not used to identify you personally.

In the future we may also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead to quote requests. If enabled, it works the same way: aggregate measurement, not personal identification.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing emails from the form data. We share information only with the service providers named above (email delivery and analytics) so the site can function.

Text messages

If you call Quantum Power Quality and the call is not answered, an automated text is sent back to the number you called from, asking what you need. After a completed job you may get one text asking for a review. That is the whole program: service messages about your own enquiry or your own job.

Message frequency varies and depends on what you contact us about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party. Your number is used to reply to you about your own enquiry and nothing else. We do not send promotions or marketing by text.

Texts are sent on our behalf by our messaging provider so they can be delivered, and by the software that runs our phone and review follow-up. Neither uses your number for anything other than delivering these messages. See our terms for the full text message program.

How long we keep it

Quote request emails are kept in the owner's inbox as long as they are useful for serving you, then deleted. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted through the form. You can also block analytics cookies using your browser settings or a tracking blocker. To make a request, contact us at Benc@quantumpowerquality.com.
